What's included
The Premium tools, on a limited budget. You get a handful of uses of each Premium feature, enough to find out what they do for you, and the full Basic method throughout.
Card
None. You do not enter payment details to start, so nothing is charged when the trial ends.
At the end
The app locks to an upgrade screen until you choose a plan. That is all that happens. Every transcript, profile, map and piece from the trial is in your own Notion workspace and stays there whether you subscribe or not. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held back from you.

No. There is a 14-day trial with no card, which is meant to answer the same question a free plan would. Each session uses real AI processing that costs money to run, and a permanent free tier would mean building around people who never pay rather than the people who do.
No prorated refunds for partial months, and no separate guarantee. The trial exists so you can decide before you pay anything. If something has gone wrong with your billing, email hello@sondor.ai and it will be sorted out. The full position is in the terms of service.
Some features use extra AI processing beyond an ordinary session: transcription, image generation, Guest Rundown, and a few others. Those draw from a weekly allowance that resets each week and does not roll over. Normal conversational sessions are not metered and are always available. If you use up the week's allowance, the heavier features pause until it resets and everything else keeps working. Premium carries a larger allowance than Basic.
Yes, from inside the app. Moving up mid-cycle is prorated so you only pay for the part of the month you are on the higher plan.
You keep access to the app until the end of the period you have paid for. Your content was never on Sondor's servers in the first place. It lives in your Notion workspace, under your account, and it stays there after you cancel, readable without Sondor.
